Bivolino is giving its contribution to FBD_BMODEL Project by embedding big data in a sustainable made to measure fashion supply chain. Also, a useful industry-retail usecase has been implemented by Bivolino.com together with Software platform development called Bivolinoservices.com through iframes and APIs.
Another contribution regards Biometric Sizing and Configuration for styles and fabrics with related 2D and 3D visualisations and prototyping men made to measure shirt for smart and functional textiles.
So far, Bivolino focused on Biometric Sizing and Configuration API’s for Customized Fashion, developing a digital supply chain for small series made to measure production and preparing illustration of online fabrics for consumers ( B2C), with zoom functionalities and 3D. With this came the virtualisation of 2D patterns into a marker for single-ply cutting.
Within M34 achievements, Bivolino achieved “Functional” fabrics and ( morphology- body-shapes ) style virtualisation and digitation. Smart textiles embedded in consumer’s configuration choices has been developed and an integrating Biometric Sizing within Standard Size stock garments recommendation (from Fitizzy) has been implemented. Moreover, we described business model canvas for small series production.
With FBD_BMODEL Project we hope to ensure a lean and integrated, ‘consumer driven ‘ fashion supply chain for small series and made to measure, enhance AI ( big data) for online B2C sizing application for corporate customized fashion for men shirts and women blouses and create embedded functional (thermic, touch , wearcomfort, handfeel) fabrics into 50 shirts for simulation purposes, to activate online.
